Naomi has been in business since 1994 with the last 8 yrs focused on training and coaching, breaking new ground in customer service. She works with cross-cultural groups demonstrating with real time examples how the application of the skills she provides will make a real difference to both the individual and the organisation. Specialising in communication and influential language has enabled her to train many people to positively influence their environment, behaviours and beliefs in order to achieve the desired outcome.
